saw this on st.marks in the east village. can’t decide if it’s the most amazing breakthrough in fast food tech or the stupidest idea ever conceived and implemented by humankind. you decide. in case you can’t tell what you are looking at. it’s a cup of soda with a smaller cup nestled just atop, with what appears to be some sort of deep fried popcorn chicken item.

apparently it’s a korean chain called BBQ chicken, which stands for best of the best quality chicken. confused name aside, they fry their chicken in olive oil. huh? didn’t think you could do that.
